At WHPC, we have worked with a variety of athletes from sports such as: Hockey, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball and more. IN PERSON 1 - ON - 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

How it works:

The first step is a fitness consultation with a personal trainer, in person or virtually, where we discuss your goals along with history and lifestyle. Also included is a movement screen to strategize the best training protocols for you to reach your goals. We work with your schedule to ensure you are training at convenient times.

What is included:

  • Free initial consultation
  • Movement assessment
  • Custom programming
  • 1 hour in person sessions
  • Optional frequency of sessions (2-4x per week recommended)

Price:

$70 Per Session ($50 for youth)

VIRTUAL 1 - ON - 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

How it works:

Fully customized training program with 1:1 weekly virtual sessions. During sessions you will be guided you through your workouts, providing live demonstrations and correcting form to make sure you get the most out of your program.

  • Custom programming
  • 60 Minute Zoom Video Sessions
  • Constant support and feedback
  • Optional frequency of sessions

BOOTCAMPS/CLASSES (Youth or Adult) 

How it works:

Groups of 3+ will get to experience Strength Classes running weekly. Two Full – Body Days consisting of Circuit Training one day, and Low Rep – High Load the other.

What is Included:

  • Free First Session
  • 1 Hour Class
  • Private Gym with Classes no bigger than 10 Per Session
  • Youth classes tailored to building healthy movement patterns

Drop in Price - $25 Per Session

8 Sessions - $160 / $20 Per Session

ONLINE COACHING

How it works:

After an initial consultation, goals will be established and a program will be tailored to meet your current needs.
